Massive problems, numerous phone calls, letters and inability to log in in spite of documentation of payment last month. Terrible website and customer service.

It is impossible to set up autopay on your payment portal. I have had conversations about this many times in the past year.
I have even emailed screenshots of the error messages I receive when trying to set it up. Surely in a large company like yours, someone has the intelligence to actually make it work!
Preferred solution: Fix the payment portal!
User's recommendation: Don't go into anything that requires an extended payment agreement. Use someone else. I'm sure Orkin has competent competition in your area.
No service but billed anyway
These people are horrible to deal with. Service tech's do not show up for appointments but bill you for services that were never performed.
Then dealing with their customer service is a farce! Run around, multiple calls, different agents and nothing ever gets resolved. Then they try to bully you by threatening to send you to collections.
Bottom line hire anyone but these people. It is a billing racket!!

Misleading sales
I contracted with Orkin for termite control. I was led to believe the service could be paid monthly instead of a one time payment.
I soon discovered this amount is financed through Rollins at 21% interest, This was not explained to me nor was the 90 day same as cash option. The response I received from Rollins was "the information was in the contract." With the amount of paper received and the requirement for different accounts for different services this "loan" would have been difficult to identify.
The pest control team out of Ponca City OK has been great to work with and has made each step of the process easy to understand. I have drop all services from Orkin based on what I perceive as unethical sales practices from the termite team.

Company resolved the issue.
I was unable to view my account. My email address was not recognized or my social security number. I was disappointed.
FRUSTRATION
Rollins is an excellent company...unfortunately Orkin is not. The service from Orkin is good BUT trying to call is ridiculous!!!
It took me two days and about 15 minutes each time to get a simple question answered-which it never was. When I called Rollins and spoke to PJ in customer service not only was my question answered she helped me with another question I had. I will keep using Orkin but I will think about going with another company only because I should not have to be FRUSTRATION when I call.
Thank you...Just wondering why a company like Rollins cannot extend their professionalism to their other companies. J

i called the customer service department for my May payment. i am an orkin customer.
i paid a double payment. it did not post to my account. they are showing a missed payment and late charges. i am searching my bank records for proof.
i will reach back out Monday.

i made a payment with a customer service agent $100. which never posted to my account.
Now i have past due and bad issues on my credit report. i will provide proof on my statement .
not available right now. i will call on monday.

This company didnt allow me to obtain all of my certificates of completion from ukg after I was in an accident on clock. And then now they have me locked out of where I am supposed to get tax forms, and havent even answered me back all day, and they wont send forms for taxes like a normal human being.
Education was phenomenal.
Ill never forget what I learned there. But youre just a number here.

Our response and work the customer service did. I've had I'd theft and this is a letter I have , been sent different ones from different organizations such as the V.A.
, Amazon. Banks and now you. All is false information. This includes a courthouse sending me a court date for a crime I supposedly committed.
But the last thing this county and state had on me was a driving ticket in 1997. I don't know the intentions of whoever but I'd like to thank you for responding.
As long as trasunion exifax and experien whom i checked with. Doesn't have on record I'm ok for now.

What I was signing up for was not made clear to me nor explained fully. Then when I tried to contact company, youre prompted to send an email, not call.
So they received my email & a month went by with no reply. Phone number given online for customer service is only for shareholders!
I was unable to access total amount paid or owed online. You can finally reach a live person only after jumping multiple hoops!

Same thing is happening to me. Their online payment portal SUCKS.
Trying to pay by phone doesn't work either. I am having to MAIL payments to them--like it's 1945.
